1-8oz. packages of cream cheese
1-8oz jar Roasted Nut Crunch or Almond Crunch
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 half pint of whipping cream (Whip and divided equally)
Baked 9" pie crust - plain or chocolate cookie crumb.
Soften cream cheese and beat with mixer until smooth. Add one jar of nut crunch and continue beating. Add sugar vanilla. Gently fold in half of the whipped cream. Scrape the filling into the prepared pie crust.
topping: Add 2 tlbs sugar and a dash of vanilla to the balance of whipped cream. Mix until combined. Pile on top of the filling. Sprinkle chopped nuts and/or chocolate sprinkles on top. Chill and server proudly!
Makes 1 pie.
